My schedule is now open SEPTEMBER 2026 for online booking. Please pre-book your appointments to ensure you have continuity of care. If you are unable to find availability in the schedule I kindly ask that you add yourself to the waitlist so that I can notify you of any cancellations. Please give 24 HOURS NOTICE for any cancellations or modifications to your appointment. Sarah has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 5 years serving the South and Central Vancouver Island regions. Sarah is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she received comprehensive training.

Sarah is intentional with her approach to treatment and prefers a slow intuitive method, blended with targeted therapeutic techniques. Sarah has experience with a variety of conditions including but not limited to chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, muscular imbalances and dysfunctions as well as stress-related concerns. She values treating the patient in a holistic manner and has an understanding that all areas of one’s health are inter-connected.
