Sarah has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 5 years serving the South and Central Vancouver Island regions. Sarah is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she received comprehensive training.
Sarah is intentional with her approach to treatment and prefers a slow intuitive method, blended with targeted therapeutic techniques. Sarah has experience with a variety of conditions including but not limited to chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, muscular imbalances and dysfunctions as well as stress-related concerns.
